Waverly-Shell Rock Area United Way has joined United Way, a statewide organization that connects people to community services such as food, housing and social services.
Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC)
NEICAC is a non-profit organization in Northeast Iowa that provides assistance with basic needs such as food, shelter, utilities, transportation and educational programs to individuals and families.
Programs offered include: Energy Assistance, Food Pantry, Rent Assistance, Weatherization, Family Development & Self-Sufficiency Program, Head Start, Early Head Start, and more.

Alternatives Pregnancy Center
Alternatives Pregnancy Center has been in the Cedar Valley offering free and confidential services since 1985. Services are available for those experiencing unplanned pregnancy, including free pregnancy testing and support.

Provides food to food pantries, shelters, and individuals in need. Mobile Food Pantry located in Waverly. Senior Food Box Program available.
